Job description

As one of the first Recruiters on the Candid Health Recruiting Team, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and advisor to Hiring Managers. You’ll collaborate closely with them to understand their talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract top talent for non-technical roles. In addition, you’ll work on strategic recruiting projects aimed at optimizing our hiring processes and to help build a best-in class recruiting team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead full cycle recruiting for sales and marketing positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Who You Are
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Humble and team-oriented, prioritizing collective success over individual. Values collaboration and diverse perspectives to achieve common goals.
  • Takes initiative, persists in the face of setbacks, and continuously strives for excellence in all endeavors.
  • Experienced in working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, and are able to leverage them to increase your productivity
  • You understand and use metrics to inform your hiring tactics and strategies and help hiring managers to do the same.
Location

Candid Health is an in-person team and this role is specifically for our San Francisco, Denver, or New York office.

Pay Transparency

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $145,000 - $175,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
