The Opportunity: Warehouse Unloader Associate

As a Warehouse Unloader Associate, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently unloading freight from trailers and containers in a busy distribution environment. This is a hands-on role that requires stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

What You'll Do
  • Unload floor-loaded and palletized freight from trailers and containers
  • Move products by hand, lifting, carrying, sorting, and stacking cases of varying sizes and weights
  • Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (where applicable and certified)
  • Build stable, organized pallets for storage or outbound shipment
  • Separate, sort, label, and stage products according to customer requirements
  • Inspect freight for damage and verify counts for accuracy
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by site leadership
What the Job Is Like

This is a physically demanding warehouse position. Associates can expect to:

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing 25-75 lbs.
  • Work on their feet for extended periods
  • Unload high volumes of freight throughout the shift
  • Work in a fast-paced environment where productivity and safety go hand in hand
  • Perform repetitive physical tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy

Previous warehouse, unloading, lumping, freight handling, dock work, order selecting, or equipment operation experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn.

Qualifications
  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to perform repetitive lifting and physical labor throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-75 lbs. regularly
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety
  • Warehouse, distribution, unloading, or equipment operation experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
