Motorcoach Driver – $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

Blue Lakes Charters & Tours is a family-owned and operated company that has been serving Michigan and Northern Ohio since 1989. We started with just two buses and have grown alongside the industry into a modern fleet of luxury motorcoaches. Today, Blue Lakes transports over half a million passengers annually and operates thousands of trips nationwide each year.

We are currently hiring professional Motorcoach Drivers to join our team. This is a great opportunity for drivers who enjoy variety, meeting new people, and traveling to destinations across the country—not just running the same route every day.

Compensation & Benefits

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Drivers average $25–$46 per hour with gratuities
