As an Attendant, you will be responsible for checking in guests, managing bookings, selling merchandise, and ensuring every customer has a tree-mendous experience from start to finish.

Essential Functions

  • Greet and welcome all guests with exceptional customer service
  • Manage bookings and process transactions efficiently
  • Answer phones and assist customer inquiries
  • Demonstrate and up-sell merchandise to enhance guest experience
  • Communicate effectively with course staff for guest safety
  • Maintain clean and organized cabin areas
  • Assist guests with equipment and inspections
  • Support site maintenance needs and uphold company standards
  • Be a brand ambassador for Go Ape and embody the organization's values
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Generally must be at least 16 years of age or older, subject to location and state.
