Key Exciting Responsibilities:

Spearhead technical support to resolve complex concerns in real-time GNSS networks and control centers.

Lead system installations, customized configurations, and cloud-based deployments for global enterprises.

Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions and onboarding programs both remotely and on-site.

Champion customer success by creating innovative training materials and best practice documentation.

Collaborate closely across diverse functional teams to accelerate knowledge transfer and service development.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Degree in geodesy, surveying, or a related field with strong knowledge of GNSS surveying methods.

Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable insights for clients.

Exceptional communication skills with full fluency in English.

Strong analytical mindset with a passion for customer-facing technical problem-solving.

Bonus Points For:

Practical experience with GNSS positioning workflows or real-time networks.

Previous experience delivering technical training and system troubleshooting.

Familiarity with or strong interest in leveraging AI tools.

Proficiency in additional languages.
