Education/Prerequisite Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Equipment/Training Knowledge:
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Ability to read and follow SOPs
  • Comprehension and implementation of food manufacturing GMPs (good manufacturing practices)
  • Basic understanding of:
    • Kosher requirements
    • Allergen cross-contamination risks and preventative measures
    • CIP systems

Schedule:
  • Rotating 24/7 schedule
  • Rotational weekends, holiday & vacation coverage
  • Schedule is tentative and subject to changes based on production and staffing needs

Work Specifications - Responsibilities:
  • Understand GNS (Grains, Nuts, and Seeds) process flow from start to finish of Milking Skid
  • Change and read charts accurately
  • Set-up GNS milking skid equipment to all required configurations
  • Perform a CIP on all GNS milking skid equipment
  • Completes all the required documentation (legibly and accurately)
  • Understands recipes and can enter the proper values on milking skid HMI screen.
  • Perform a chemical titration check
  • Know and accurately monitor and record critical control points
  • Operate forklift and pallet jack (training to be provided)
  • Safely handle chemicals using appropriate PPE
  • Maintain processing area and equipment in clean and sanitary condition
  • Work and communicate effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to collect samples and products as requested
  • Follow all company GMPs and wear all appropriate PPE in the production area
  • Notify Shift Lead on any deviations

Pay Range: $23.10 - $24.10
