GNS Medical Supplies, Inc. ("GNS", “GNS Medical”, or “GNS Medical Supplies”) is a direct-to-patient provider of reimbursed medical supplies serving the CGM & Diabetes, Bowel & Bladder, and Sleep health categories.

Job Purpose:

GNS Medical is redefining customer service and credibility in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry. We seek a motivated District Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, build relationships with healthcare providers, and promote sleep health products. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to consistently meet sales targets while contributing to the growth of GNS Medical.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including primary physicians and clinical staff.
  • Educate providers and clinic staff on sleep products, insurance documentation requirements, and benefits.
  • Travel to potential and existing customers to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless referral processing.
  • Stay informed on insurance guidelines and reimbursement policies for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers.
  • Track sales activity using CRM tools and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Participate in ride-alongs and shadowing opportunities with the outside sales team.
  • Attend local events to expand brand awareness and business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional follow-up support to clinics and referral sources.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs, including additional duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

None. The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in typical office or administrative work).

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of DME, sleep solution products, or insurance documentation.
  • Experience in sleep health care or medical equipment sales.
