The Role As the primary ambassador of our brand, you will be responsible for driving growth by providing solutions-based service to our customers. You will work both indoors and outdoors, transitioning between our office and various customer vessel locations to identify and solve complex technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Act as a "top-notch" consultant, identifying solutions for customers in the marine technical sector.
  • Product Promotion: Actively sell and provide technical information on our full product range, including navigation and communication systems.
  • Quote Management: Facilitate the quoting process, ensuring all inquiries and project descriptions are responded to promptly to maintain our service standards.
  • Relationship Management: Grow and maintain a portfolio of accounts through exceptional service and technical follow-up.
  • Market Alignment: Stay informed on trends in marine products and Southwest Florida maritime standards to ensure our offerings remain competitive.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a two-year technical degree is preferred.
  • Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License for travel to various job and vessel sites.
  • Knowledge: Deep familiarity with marine electronics such as AIS, GMDSS, and Radar is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and blueprints for marine installations.
  • Mathematics: Proficiency in preparing accurate job estimates and calculating material requirements.
  • Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and climb in marine environments and have the ability to lift 50 pounds.
