Our best-in-class benefits and superior compensation are what set us apart from the competition and continue to attract top industry talent. - Industry-leading performance-based bonus program - 100% employer-funded ESOP to all associates - Traditional and Roth 401k - 1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel - 3 weeks of vacation - 1-week paid volunteer leave each year and 100% charitable match - Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage - 100% paid 12-week maternity leave - Scholarship for associates' children up to $28,000 per child - Tuition reimbursement for associatesA DAY IN THE LIFE- Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction - Develop preliminary designs into construction documents - Review project scope with construction project managers - Provide site and space planning for construction project managers - Prepare presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) - Review and coordinate construction documents content with construction project manager and consultants - Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants - Attend client meetings, and coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineersNECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS- At least 5-7 years of experience required, with data center project experience strongly preferred - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture  - Revit and AutoCAD experience required

3D modeling/rendering preferred - Licensure not required.
