Job Title: Controls Engineer – GFACS

Location: Brookville, OH (Onsite)

Job Type: Contract

Duration: Approximately 3 months

Job Overview  

Our client is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer with hands-on expertise in GFACS (Rockwell-based) to support an onsite engagement in Brookville, OH. The selected candidate will interface controls and PLC systems with autonomous machines on the production floor. This is a 1st shift position with some overtime expected. Expenses are covered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface controls/PLC systems with autonomous machines on the floor
  • Apply GFACS standards in a manufacturing environment
  • Troubleshoot and configure Rockwell PLC systems
  • Support controls integration activities throughout the engagement
Required Skills  
  • Prior experience with GFACS/FACS (Rockwell-based) — mandatory
  • Strong proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs
  • Rockwell PLC programming and configuration
  • Experience interfacing controls with autonomous machinery
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a GM manufacturing environment
