Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction by balancing strict service excellence with operational cost efficiency using our enterprise tech stack.
Job Requirements
Core Responsibilities
• Demand Forecasting & Trend Analysis: Evaluate historical shipment and part-usage data to identify failure trends, forecast demand, and drive global inventory positioning decisions.

• Lifecycle Portfolio Ownership: Manage the end-to-end planning lifecycle of a designated parts portfolio, aligning stocking strategies with New Product Introductions (NPI) and End of Life (EOL) phases.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Support, and Global Logistics teams to synchronize supply chain strategies with product engineering changes and business goals.

• Specialized Planning Systems: Demonstrated experience using Baxter Planning (or equivalent advanced Supply Chain Planning software) for inventory optimization.
• Analytical Skills: Strong capabilities in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to analyze complex shipment and usage data.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of service parts logistics, reverse logistics, and inventory modeling (Safety Stock, EOQ, reorder points).
Compensation:
