What Youโ€™ll Do:

As an Environment, Health & Safety and Risk Manager, you will lead impactful EHS and Risk initiatives across the businessโ€”covering Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Officesโ€”to ensure safety is part of everyday work. Youโ€™ll partner with country leadership and internal teams to drive EHS ownership, coach leaders and employees, and strengthen compliance through practical, continuous improvement. You will also oversee Risk and Business Continuity Management governance, collaborate with insurance providers, and translate actions into country improvement plans to drive prevention.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and cascade Global EHS ownership and behavior programs, driving the EHS culture across the organization
  • Coach and educate country leadership and functional teams to build capability in EHS and Risk systems
  • Ensure compliance with EHS & Risk legislation and AEI standards through improvement plans, monitoring, and escalation of issues
  • Execute EHS, Risk, and Security audits; ensure corrective actions are logged and closed on time
  • Own and manage the Business Continuity Management program, including emergency response, crisis management, and business recovery planning
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors, authorities, contractors, and insurance providers to support prevention and continuous improvement


Qualifications You Have:

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • Experience : 7+ years minimum experience in total EHS required ; 5+ years as an EHS manager in a manufacturing facility ; 3+ years deploying EHS culture and behavior change programs
  • Risk/BCM Experience: 5+ years in Risk management and Business Continuity Management (BCM)
  • Certifications/Knowledge: Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 (plus formal safety certification); formal fire safety education (as required by country); formal risk management certification is preferred
  • Leadership & Stakeholders: Experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders through coaching and communication (2 direct reports)
