When you join Lummus, you are empowered to make an impact and be part of a dynamic team that celebrates creativity, encourages professional development, and fosters collaboration. From our technology portfolio to our global workforce, Lummus is growing at a rapid pace, and we hope that you will grow with us during this exciting time.

The Opportunity

Be an important member of the HR Leadership Team, reporting to the Head of Total Rewards with visibility and alignment to the CHRO. This role helps drive Lummus Technologyโ€™s global rewards agenda by supporting competitive, performance-driven programs that attract critical talent, reward performance, enable career mobility, and connect compensation investment to business results, talent priorities, and strong governance.

Why This Role Matters

Total Rewards is a critical lever in Lummus Technologyโ€™s talent strategy. Where You Will Make an Impact

Enable design and execute global Total Rewards strategies, policies, salary structures, and pay programs across the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring programs are market-competitive, financially disciplined, and locally relevant. Lead annual global merit and bonus planning, including budgets, guidelines, performance differentiation, governance, and financial modeling. Build and govern job architecture, job families, levels, career paths, pay ranges, compa-ratios, market positioning, and internal equity. Support executive compensation and LTIP design, modeling, administration, and Board and committee materials. Use Workday, market data, advanced analytics, and Excel to improve decisions, controls, reporting, and process efficiency. Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, business leaders, and external advisers to deliver competitive and financially responsible programs.
