About the Role:

Reporting to the Global Reliability Excellence Program Manager, this is a critical global leadership role within the Asset Management Centre of Excellence. You will play a key role in advancing our Reliability Excellence program, developing global standards, and enhancing asset performance across our Mining, Refining, and Smelting operations. You will work across regions, partnering with technical and operational teams to embed best practices, improve reliability, and deliver measurable safety, productivity, and cost outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and continuously improve the global Reliability Excellence framework, with a strong focus on training and standards.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across Reliability Management, Work Management, and Materials Management.
  • Support the implementation and governance of the Global Reliability Excellence program, ensuring alignment with strategy and consistent execution across sites.
  • Drive initiatives that optimize safety, asset performance, productivity, and total cost across global operations.
  • Partner with regional teams to develop and execute Reliability Excellence implementation plans and monitor performance.
  • Support tools and processes to manage total MRO spend, including cost optimization initiatives and risk management.
  • Contribute to annual and long-term planning cycles, embedding productivity improvements and asset strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on standards, contract management, and capability development.
  • Develop and deliver global training programs and learning strategies for key reliability and maintenance roles.
  • Provide cross-functional expertise across disciplines including Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Safety, and Environment.
  • Support continuous improvement of maintenance strategies to enhance asset reliability and plant lifecycle performance.

What You Will Bring to the role:

  • A degree in Engineering (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
  • Extensive experience in asset management, maintenance, and reliability within mining, refining, or smelting environments.
  • Proven experience in a global or multi-site technical leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical asset systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in training development, standards implementation, and process improvement.
  • A consultative leadership style with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Vous travaillerez a travers les regions, en collaboration avec les equipes techniques et operationnelles afin d'integrer les meilleures pratiques, ameliorer la fiabilite et generer des resultats mesurables en matiere de securite, de productivite et de couts.

Responsabilites cles

Developper et ameliorer en continu le cadre mondial d'excellence en fiabilite, avec un accent marque sur la formation et les standards.
Fournir une expertise de pointe en gestion de la fiabilite, gestion du travail et gestion des materiaux.
Soutenir la mise en uvre et la gouvernance du programme mondial d'excellence en fiabilite, en assurant son alignement avec la strategie et une execution coherente sur les differents sites.
Piloter des initiatives visant a optimiser la securite, la performance des actifs, la productivite et le cout total des operations mondiales.
Collaborer avec les equipes regionales pour developper et executer des plans de mise en uvre de l'excellence en fiabilite et en assurer le suivi de la performance.
Soutenir les outils et processus permettant de gerer les depenses totales MRO, incluant les initiatives d'optimisation des couts et la gestion des risques.
Contribuer aux cycles de planification annuels et a long terme en integrant les ameliorations de productivite et les strategies d'actifs.
Collaborer avec les equipes d'ingenierie et de maintenance sur les standards, la gestion des contrats et le developpement des competences.
Developper et offrir des programmes de formation mondiaux et des strategies d'apprentissage pour les roles cles en fiabilite et maintenance.
Fournir une expertise transversale couvrant des disciplines telles que l'ingenierie, les operations, les approvisionnements, les finances, la sante-securite et l'environnement.
Soutenir l'amelioration continue des strategies de maintenance afin d'ameliorer la fiabilite des actifs et la performance du cycle de vie des installations.

Ce que vous apporterez au role

Un diplome en ingenierie (des etudes superieures sont fortement valorisees).
Une vaste experience en gestion des actifs, maintenance et fiabilite dans des environnements miniers, de raffinage ou de metallurgie.
Une experience averee dans un role de leadership technique a l'echelle mondiale ou multisite.
Une solide connaissance des systemes d'actifs mecaniques et electriques.
