Long-Term Contract through December 2026

Drive Global Quality. Influence Executive Leadership. Make an Impact.

If you're looking for an opportunity where your work will influence executive decision-making, shape global quality initiatives, and improve business performance across an international organization, this is the role you've been waiting for.

This is far more than traditional program management.

As the Executive Program Manager supporting the Global Quality Leader, you'll become a trusted business partner responsible for helping drive strategic initiatives, coordinating enterprise priorities, and ensuring high-impact programs move successfully from concept to execution.

Working directly with executive leadership, you'll help align cross-functional teams across Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain while driving initiatives that improve efficiency, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction on a global scale.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced program manager who enjoys solving complex business challenges, building organizational alignment, and working where strategy meets execution.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary strategic partner to the Global Quality Leader, helping coordinate executive priorities, communications, and enterprise initiatives.

• Lead cross-functional programs involving Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and executive leadership.

• Develop, manage, and track strategic initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring key milestones and business objectives remain on schedule.

• Prepare executive presentations, leadership meeting materials, business reviews, and follow-up action plans.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze organizational performance, and provide executive-level reporting to support strategic decision making.

• Remove roadblocks, facilitate collaboration, and help accelerate critical business initiatives across multiple global organizations.

• Lead special projects that improve quality systems, operational performance, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Identify opportunities to improve business processes while supporting Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence initiatives.

• Build strong partnerships with business leaders across multiple functions and geographic regions.

• Handle highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound business judgment.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity

• Direct exposure to executive leadership.

• Influence enterprise-wide quality strategy.

• Highly visible role with meaningful business impact.

• Opportunity to work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.

• Lead initiatives that improve operational performance around the world.

• Collaborative, fast-paced environment where your ideas and leadership matter.

• Long-term assignment through December 2026.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who naturally brings structure to complexity and enjoys helping organizations execute at a higher level.

The ideal candidate is:

• An exceptional communicator with executive presence.

• A strong project or program manager who thrives in fast-paced environments.

• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.

• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.

• Skilled at influencing teams without direct authority.

• A proactive problem solver who enjoys driving continuous improvement.

• Someone who can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Management, Operations, or a related discipline.

• Seven or more years of experience supporting Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or Enterprise Program Management organizations.

• Previous experience supporting executive leadership in a Chief of Staff, Executive Program Manager, Strategic Program Manager, Business Operations, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, or similar business improvement frameworks.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive facilitation skills.

• Outstanding organizational and analytical abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

• Demonstrated success working within large, complex, global organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.

• Lean Six Sigma Certification.

• Experience supporting global manufacturing organizations.
