About the role

We are looking for a Global Quality Systems Technician as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for maintaining, governing, and continuously improving global quality systems, with a primary focus on Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS / LQM).

In addition, this role ensures data integrity, regulatory compliance (ISO 9001, GMP), and system reliability across multiple regions. The position drives global standardization and manages product and raw material specifications through structured global quality processes.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician to make a meaningful impact on our ongoing operations.

Domestic Relocation assistance may be provided for selected candidates, where applicable.

About the role

Reporting to the Sr Global Quality Manager and working in a collaborative community, a challenging and exciting environment, a diverse team, etc., you will be:

  • Provide global LIMS/LQM support, troubleshooting, and user assistance

  • Maintain system configuration, master data, and user access control

  • Perform system testing, validation, and release management, Ensure system data integrity and audit readiness

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders including Quality, IT, Operation, Supply Chain

  • Provide training and guidance to system users

  • Manage global product and raw material specifications lifecycle (creation, review, update, maintenance), coordinate global specification change control processes with full documentation and traceability, provide change records and specification history during audits

  • Support global specification governance and consistency across sites

  • Drive global standardization of processes, data, and systems, ensuring consistency across regions and sites

  • Maintain data in LIMS / document management systems ensuring integrity and audit readiness

  • Support GMP / cGMP compliant operations, Support internal and external audits

  • Assis in the daily management and continuous improvement of other quality-related digital platforms (e.g., Cority, CRM, DMS) as needed and based on business evolution.

  • Collaborate with Quality, Operation, Supply Chain, Commercial and Regulatory across regions

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, IT, Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 3 years in laboratory or quality role

  • Hands-on experience with LIMS or quality systems

  • Knowledge of data tools such as Excel or Power BI

  • LIMS technical expertise and troubleshooting ability

  • Global standardization and governance capability in multi-site environments

  • Knowledge of ISO9001, familiarity with IATF16949 preferred

  • Strong understanding of GMP / cGMP requirements

  • Experience in management change and document control

  • Global project management and stakeholder coordination
