About this role
The Digital Technology Leadership Program (DTLP) is a two-year leadership development program designed to prepare high-potential college graduates to become future leaders within Carrier's Digital Technology organization.
Through three eight-month rotations across Carrier's Digital organization, you will gain broad, hands-on experience while building the leadership, business, and technical skills needed to lead teams, manage products, solve complex challenges, and deliver meaningful results. Along the way, you will contribute to work that advances Carrier's position as a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions.
We are looking for graduates with strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership potential who are passionate about technology, eager to grow, and ready to take initiative.
Our commitment to you is an immersive, high-impact experience with meaningful assignments designed to accelerate your technical capabilities, leadership readiness, and impact across the organization. Throughout the program, you will also receive dedicated training, mentoring, and guidance from Carrier's Digital leadership team, current DTLP associates and alumni, and other senior leaders while building a strong, lasting global network of colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
During the program, you will complete three eight-month rotations across Carrier's Digital organization. Rotational opportunities span Digital teams supporting our Climate Solutions and Transportation businesses, as well as central teams focused on areas such as data and AI, digital products, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
What You'll Do
  • Develop a strong understanding of Carrier's businesses, products, customers, and organization
  • Work alongside senior cross-functional leaders on real business priorities
  • Partner directly with business and Digital stakeholders to understand needs, align priorities, and solve meaningful challenges
  • Own projects end-to-end, from defining the problem and scope to delivering solutions and measurable results
  • Build and implement solutions using enterprise systems, data, and emerging technologies such as AI and automation
  • Collaborate across technical, business, and operational disciplines to deliver results
  • Take on increasing levels of ownership, responsibility, and complexity throughout the program
  • Present your work, results, and impact to Carrier Digital leadership at the end of each rotation
  • Build a cross-functional network of mentors, peers, and leaders across Carrier
  • Connect and collaborate with associates across Carrier's other leadership development programs

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business analytics, data science, cybersecurity or computer science.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
  • GPA must be greater than or equal to 3.0 GPA
  • Must be geographically mobile and have the ability to relocate for rotations.
  • To be eligible for the program, you must be a 2026 or 2027 graduate of the degree in the relevant field and start in the Leadership Program in June 2027

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $53,000.00 - $106,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.
Other Compensation
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
