YANMAR America is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our Legal and Compliance team in Adairsville, Georgia. This role partners closely with the General Counsel to support a diverse portfolio of businesses across North America and global YANMAR operations.
This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who enjoys a broad range of responsibilities including corporate law, compliance, contracts, regulatory affairs, intellectual property, risk management, and cross-functional business support. You'll work with leaders across multiple business units, helping drive strategic initiatives while ensuring compliance with evolving domestic and international regulations.
What You'll DoLegal amp; Corporate Support-
Partner with the General Counsel to support legal strategy and business objectives across multiple YANMAR entities.

Assist with contract review, negotiation, and administration.

Support intellectual property and brand protection activities.

Maintain corporate records and governance documentation.

Assist with dealer termination matters and repurchase obligations.
