Job description

Founded in 2010 in The Netherlands, AnywhereNow is a global leader in Enterprise Dialogue Management, with a vision to ensure every employee and customer feels heard, understood, and valued.
We help organisations deliver exceptional customer and employee experiences through Microsoft Teams, contact centre solutions, dialogue management, and AI-driven insights.
The Opportunity
Build the next phase of AnywhereNow's US partner ecosystem by recruiting high-potential partners and converting those partnerships into measurable net-new pipeline and revenue.
As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will play a key role in accelerating AnywhereNow's partner-led growth in the United States. Following the early success of our partner programme in the region, this role represents our second US partner hire and will focus primarily on recruiting new partners, building a high-quality partner pipeline, and driving net-new revenue through the partner ecosystem.
This is a commercially focused position for someone who can identify, engage, and onboard the right partners, then transform those relationships into measurable business outcomes. You will target organisations aligned to Microsoft Teams, Contact Centre, Customer Experience, Managed Services, UCaaS, CCaaS, and Enterprise Communications.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Partner Enablement, Marketing, and Leadership teams to define target partner profiles, execute recruitment strategies, enable new partners, and support early-stage co-selling opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building something new, has a strong network within the Microsoft, UCaaS, CCaaS or Contact Centre ecosystem, and is motivated by creating measurable growth through strategic partnerships.
Partner Recruitment & Growth
  • Develop and execute a US partner recruitment strategy focused on net-new revenue growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and recruit high-potential partners across the Microsoft Teams, Contact Centre, UCaaS, CCaaS, Managed Services, and Customer Experience markets.
  • Build and manage a target account list of prospective partners, maintaining activity within the CRM.
  • Create compelling partner value propositions that clearly articulate the commercial opportunity of partnering with AnywhereNow.
  • Support and accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline generation.
Partner Relationship Management
  • Build strong executive, sales, marketing, technical, and alliance relationships within partner organisations.
  • Develop joint business plans that include agreed targets for pipeline, revenue, enablement, and go-to-market activities.
  • Support onboarding, enablement, and activation programmes to move partners from signed agreements to active revenue contributors.
  • Ensure partners understand AnywhereNow's differentiation and positioning within the Microsoft Teams and Dialogue Management ecosystem.
Commercial & Go-To-Market Execution
  • Work closely with Sales teams to support co-selling activities, shared account planning, and partner-led opportunity creation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on partner recruitment campaigns, launch plans, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Support contract and partnership negotiations alongside relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Represent AnywhereNow at partner meetings, Microsoft ecosystem events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Reporting & Performance Management
  • Track partner recruitment progress, activation rates, pipeline creation, and revenue contribution.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment activity, commercial outcomes, risks, and blockers.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting within CRM systems.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success will be measured through:
  • New partner recruitment
  • Partner activation and engagement
  • Partner-sourced pipeline generation
  • Partner-influenced revenue
  • Joint go-to-market execution
  • Expansion of AnywhereNow's US market presence
Why We'd Like to Have a Dialogue With You
At AnywhereNow, we prioritise competencies over experience alone. We'd love to understand how you demonstrate the following:
  • Future-Oriented
You think ahead, understand where the market is moving, and can translate trends across Microsoft Teams, Contact Centre, Customer Experience, and Partner Ecosystems into practical partner recruitment and growth strategies.
  • Commercial Drive
You are motivated by pipeline growth, revenue generation, and measurable business outcomes. You understand that successful partnerships must create mutual value and contribute directly to commercial success.
  • Opportunity Recognition
You can quickly identify partners with the right market presence, customer base, Microsoft alignment, and sales capability to become meaningful contributors to business growth.
  • Relationship Building
You build trust and credibility with executive, sales, technical, marketing, and alliance stakeholders, creating momentum and engagement across partner organisations.
  • Communication
You can clearly articulate value propositions, tailor messaging to different audiences, and confidently explain why AnywhereNow can help partners grow their business.
  • Taking Ownership
You proactively manage your target partner portfolio, drive outreach and follow-up activity, and take accountability for progressing relationships from initial conversations through to revenue generation.
  • Adaptability
You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift, processes continue to mature, and success requires initiative, flexibility, and a growth mindset.

This feels much more modern and candidate-friendly, and is consistent with the competency sections used across other AnywhereNow job specifications.
Essential Experience & Skills
Required:
  • 8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, Alliances, Business Development, or Technology Sales.
  • Proven experience recruiting, developing, and activating partners.
  • Track record of generating partner-sourced and/or partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem.
  • Experience working with:
    • Microsoft Partners
    • Systems Integrators
    • Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
    • Telecommunications Providers
    • VARs and Resellers
    • Specialist Contact Centre Partners
  • Ability to build partner business plans with clear commercial objectives.
  • Strong value proposition development and storytelling skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage partner activity, pipeline, and reporting.
  • Commercial confidence in joint business planning, partner negotiations, and go-to-market activities.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Partner Success, and Leadership teams.

Preferred
  • Experience within Contact Centre, CCaaS, Customer Experience, Enterprise Communications, or UCaaS markets.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, Modern Work, and related technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

Why Join AnywhereNow?
  • Join a global market leader in Enterprise Dialogue Management.
  • Play a pivotal role in growing our US partner ecosystem.
  • Work with innovative Microsoft Teams, Customer Experience, and AI-powered solutions.
  • Be part of an ambitious, fast-growing organisation where partnerships are a key strategic growth driver.
  • Influence and shape partner strategy within one of AnywhereNow's most important growth markets.
