Job Description We are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager, Wearables to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in partner management, complex deal execution, and cross-functional leadership and a proven ability to develop partnership strategies, bring products to market, and mitigate risks across the ecosystem. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key leaders at wearables partners and internally, communicate recommendations, influence outcomes, and provide updates. Drive leadership meetings and communicate strategic updates to stakeholders. Prepare cross-ecosystem partner views for executive meetings, escalations, and negotiations. Partner with product, engineering, strategic response, legal, policy, communications, and marketing to prepare for partner meetings and public engagements with goals and materials that reflect strategy. Develop and manage partnership strategies from deal development through product launch with a focus on growth and measurable results. Identify and analyze complex business problems, craft solutions, and provide recommendations to leadership. Mitigate risks, manage escalations with internal and external executives, and identify opportunities through landscape mapping and data analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years in partner-facing roles within technology or consumer electronics, managing complex deals and partnerships. Sound business judgment with experience prioritizing, triaging partner issues, solution-finding, and motivating stakeholders. Proven leadership of cross-functional teams to plan and launch products and mitigate in-market risks, including interpreting legal documents with attorneys. Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, organized, with strong communication skills. BA/BS degree. Preferred Skills: MBA degree. Business experience in consumer electronics, accessories, devices partnerships, partner management, or consulting. Strong technical competence or motivation to learn new technologies. Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience building relationships and influence inside and outside product organizations. Skilled in navigating, understanding, and enforcing contracts.
