What you'll do at Jamf:

The Global Partner Enablement Manager role is crucial in defining and executing enablement solutions designed specifically to impact revenue efforts across Jamf Channel Partners. Success is measured by effectively supporting regional channel sales leads and global channel leadership to ensure channel sales teams have more time to focus on revenue-creating activities. By understanding the nuances of global channel teams and pre-empting their needs, the Global Partner Enablement Manager helps channel sales teams grow channel-driven revenue incrementally.

This role is also measured by its contribution to creating, maintaining, and enhancing a world-class partner sales enablement program that attains activity-based metrics and improves key sales metrics to meet channel sales goals. The role drives innovative, cohesive training and enablement that bridges marketing, sales enablement, and training efforts for partner teams, contributing to Jamf's global growth. This role works in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders including Channel Marketing, Partner Programs, Channel Sales, Global Channel Leadership, and Global Sales Leadership to drive channel business outcomes and meet organizational objectives.

This is a hybrid position available to individuals residing in the Minneapolis,MN and Eau Claire,WI  metro areas. You may be asked to work from the Jamf office or a local collaborative workspace alongside other Jamf team members 3 days per week. Please note that we are only able to consider applicants who are currently based in the Minneapolis,MN, and Eau Claire,WI metro areas.

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Owns world-class Partner Sales Enablement Program by defining and managing dynamic enablement solutions designed to help partners drive more revenue - increasing cross-sell and up-sell, building knowledge, increasing user adoption, improving win rates, and decreasing new partners' time to first sale with Jamf.
  • Leads cross-functional senior leaders and teams to achieve project and program goals, including course creation, workflow alignment, gathering feedback to inform process improvements, and creating revenue-enhancing tools such as Partner Business Plans and Partner Quarterly Business Review presentations.
  • Performs detailed needs assessments in collaboration with stakeholders across the partner organization, translating business needs into clear project requirements that inform scalable, repeatable enablement solutions.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert on partner enablement strategy and program desing; proactively engages product, sales, and other domain specialists to source and validate content inputs for enablement resources that meet business needs.
  • Develops implementation plans and delivers strategic insight to leadership and stakeholders (generally VP and above), ensuring alignment on progress against targeted objectives for each initiative.
  • Establishes and enhances partner training and certification programs to strengthen partnerships, build brand recognition, and drive sales.
  • Uploads and configures assets across enablement tools including Highspot, Skilljar, and Confluence to deliver timely, impactful enablement solutions, ensuring partner sales teams are set up to successfully utilize and share these resources.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness and relevancy of enablement and certification programs on an ongoing basis through detailed reporting, measurement, and investigation.
  • Summarizes and reports on engagement and training completion to key stakeholders for follow-up and action.
  • Organizes time, projects, and meetings using tools such as Miro, Confluence, Slack, and Outlook to ensure timely project completion.
  • Adjusts and prioritizes workload as needed to meet team processes and timelines.
  • Applies AI literacy and responsible-use practices when using AI tools to create or organize enablement content, ensuring outputs are accurate, verified, and aligned with Jamf's AI usage guidelines.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a combination of channel, sales, enablement, or operations roles (Required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of enablement experience (Required)
  • Demonstrated AI literacy, including responsible and effective use of AI tools to create, edit, or organize content, with accountability for verifying the accuracy of AI-assisted outputs (Required)
  • Experience building and maintaining learning management systems, dashboards, and complex reporting (Preferred)
  • Program management experience developing and executing large-scale projects with minimal supervision (Preferred)
  • Experience influencing and driving results in cross-functional teams, including partnering with senior leadership (VP and above) to achieve project or program goals (Preferred)
  • Experience creating and maintaining sales enablement training program structures (Preferred)
  • Strong understanding of IT channel ecosystems and prior partner experience (Preferred)
  • Experience selling software indirectly or at a channel partner (Preferred)
  • Strong business acumen and sound judgment to understand customer needs and shape enablement initiatives (Preferred)
  • Willingness and ability to dig into the necessary level of detail to ensure successful program delivery (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a cross-functional, global organization (Preferred)
  • Genuine interest in understanding partner needs, challenges, and how to accelerate their success (Preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (Preferred)
  • High School Diploma / GED equivalent (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred)
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
