Job description

Relate Search has partnered with a rapidly growing global manufacturing and supply chain solutions organization in its search for a Chief Commercial Officer. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive will serve as a key member of the leadership team and lead the company's global commercial strategy through its next phase of growth, integration, and operational maturity.

This is a transformative leadership opportunity for a commercially driven executive who excels at building scalable revenue organizations, driving enterprise growth, and aligning go-to-market functions around a unified customer experience. The CCO will oversee sales, strategic account management, marketing, customer success, and revenue operations while establishing the processes, metrics, and infrastructure needed to accelerate profitable growth across a global platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the global revenue strategy across new business development, strategic account management, customer retention, and account expansion to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Build and lead an integrated commercial organization spanning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, creating alignment, accountability, and execution excellence.
  • Develop and implement a data-driven go-to-market strategy focused on priority industries, customer segments, and revenue opportunities across multiple regions.
  • Establish a disciplined revenue operating model, including forecasting, pipeline management, pricing strategy, KPI reporting, and executive-level business reviews.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Product teams to deliver a world-class customer experience while supporting acquisition integration and enterprise scalability.
Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility for revenue growth, sales strategy, and go-to-market execution.
  • Demonstrated success selling technical, engineered or manufactured products into sophisticated B2B/OEM customers
  • Experience driving growth within a global industrial manufacturing and/or engineering services, orintegrated solutions environments is a must
  • Proven experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, pricing strategy, deal structuring, and performance analytics.
  • Executive leadership role reporting directly to the CEO
