NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Print & Mailroom Operations Associate to join our team working onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
Position Summary
We are a 24/7, 365-day printing operation that handles sensitive healthcare information. This role is ideal for someone who can balance compassion and kindness with professionalism, accuracy, and strong customer service in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Operate high-volume digital production printers in a corporate mailroom setting
  • Fold and insert documents into various envelope types using automated inserter equipment
  • Verify print jobs against documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance
  • Complete printing, inserting, postage application, and job closure within established timelines
  • Perform additional mailroom and production tasks as needed throughout the shift
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment
  • Follow all company policies related to data privacy, security, and HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a print production or mailroom environment
  • 1+ year of experience working with Excel, PDF files, and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods during the workday
  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Education
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

** This position involves standing and physical activity for most of the shift and working in a production-focused environment with strict deadlines.
