Job Summary:
We are hiring Care Logistics Specialists to execute precise, repeatable workflows in a high-accountability warehouse environment. This role is responsible for the accurate assembly, kitting, and handling of products that directly support in-home care delivery.
This is not a general warehouse role. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), and a commitment to quality, compliance, and reliability.
What You'll Do
  • Execute assembly and kitting workflows with a high degree of accuracy and consistency
  • Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions without deviation
  • Meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) for speed, accuracy, and throughput
  • Perform quality checks to ensure all orders meet compliance and operational standards
  • Maintain organized, clean, and compliant workstations
  • Accurately handle inventory, materials, and documentation
  • Escalate discrepancies, defects, or process issues immediately
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows and operational processes
