Logistics & Operations Associate II

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Operations Associate II to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient supply chain management and operational processes, supporting the company's commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Shift: Monday to Friday - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $28.00 USD
Overtime: Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customer.
  • Manage daily account workflow as it relates to returns. Placing sales orders, communicating through customers both on calls and in written format.
  • Processes product returns and information while supporting the warehouse staff and other departments within a high-volume, fast-paced working environment. Inputs accurate return information on customer accounts and perform general warehouse duties.
  • Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credits to customers.
  • Process defective and non- conforming product.
  • Follow up with vendor returns group to expedite returned product with supplier.
  • Independently identifies root causes and resolves issues pertaining to financial impact to Logistics and Value-Add facilities.
  • Gives direction and provides solutions regarding inventory discrepancies and reports.
  • Creates written procedures and policies to comply with internal and external customer requirements pertaining to processes.
  • Acts as a consultant to project leaders to implement new procedures and programs within the department for new or existing customers
  • Monitors repair parts pool for customer engagements, customer contact for Post-Production Services' warranty programs, etc.
  • Arrange billings and provide reports to assigned customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management systems, and transportation logistics.
  • Proficiency in logistics and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
