Cyber Test Engineer — Herndon, VA

Join our clients team supporting mission-critical cyber tool testing in a hands-on, high-impact role. You'll work across classified and unclassified networks, testing sophisticated cyber capabilities using C/C++, Python, and Bash, while navigating virtual environments built on VMware, vSphere, and ESXi.

You'll dig into networking and storage systems, analyze results, review logs, and document findings using GitLab, Jira, and Confluence. You'll also collaborate closely with a small team and government client, sharing updates, insights, and recommendations that directly shape real-world cyber missions.

What you bring:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance (required)
  • 5+ years in cyber tool testing, with strong C/C++, Python, and Bash skills
  • Experience with VMware/vSphere/ESXi, networking, and storage management
  • Sharp analytical skills and clear communication, written and verbal
