Job description

Global Product Manager

We are seeking a Global Product Manager to join our Global Peripheral Intravenous Catheter (PIVC) team within Medication Delivery Solutions. You will be responsible for owning a global PIVC portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle. The candidate will lead cross-functional collaboration to execute product line strategies.

In this role you will own product performance, including revenue growth, margin improvement, quality, and delivery, ensuring the success of the PIVC. You will play a key part in shaping the future of the PIVC portfolio, driving innovation, expanding global market presence, and delivering meaningful impact for customers and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own global product strategy, roadmap, and business performance for the assigned PIVC portfolio
  • Define growth priorities based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis
  • Partner with key growth regions and global marketing/commercial teams to translate strategy into localized execution plans and demand generation initiatives that drive revenue growth
  • Own pricing strategy and lead initiatives to improve product mix, margin, and competitive positioning
  • Define and maintain global market segmentation, prioritization, and customer targeting frameworks to guide focused commercial execution.
  • Establish portfolio positioning, differentiated value propositions, and core messaging platforms to ensure consistency and impact across regions.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring products are competitively positioned and deliver strong financial and market performance globally
  • Develop and execute business cases and partnership proposals to drive portfolio growth, revenue expansion, and margin improvement
  • Translate voice of customer, competitive insights, market, and technology trends into actionable product strategies and roadmaps
  • Drive the new product development and introduction process, ensuring successful commercialization and achievement of business targets
  • Lead the development and execution of multigeneration product portfolio strategy across a matrixed global organization
  • Partner with R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to adjust the product line, products, and related features to drive both market share and financial results
  • Ensure appropriate technical support for sales and field applications teams, including assistance with communicating and positioning products
  • Lead development of global campaigns and marketing assets that communicate core messaging and enable strong regional execution of global strategy, including messaging toolkits, value frameworks, and sales enablement assets.
  • Effectively communicate product forecasts, partnering with regional marketing teams, planners, and supply chain to ensure accurate demand planning and product build; actively represent in Demand, Supply, and Operational Planning
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing products across the full lifecycle (development through commercialization and obsolescence).
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional new product development projects through the stage gate process
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct and interpret financial analysis related to the product portfolio and translate customer insights into actionable strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and in a matrix organization to deliver results
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with comfort in communicating across various levels of stakeholders
  • Results-driven and proactive in finding solutions, with the ability to think critically to overcome potential business hurdles and complete tasks
  • Willing to travel up to 30%
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters Degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience in Med Device
