ARLANXEO has a new career opportunity available for a Global Maintenance and Turnaround Manager at our Orange, Texas Manufacturing site.
As a Global Maintenance and Turnaround Manager - NORAM,this position providessupport to the management of the Global Maintenance and Turnaround policy and strategy. Working globally while assisting the NORAM sites, this role jointly oversees maintenance budgets exceeding 50 MEUR and indirectly supports more than 250 employees and contractors globally. It ensures adherence to ARLANXEO and Aramco asset-management requirements by coordinating processes, evaluating lifecycle management practices, and assessing the clarity and effectiveness of maintenance standards. The position also supports global governance, tracking of core maintenance processes, including budgeting, planning, contractor and spare-parts management, inspections, and reliability performance.
Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Provide maintenance strategy, governance, and technical expertise for global sites while supporting NORAM initiatives in asset integrity, inspections, reliability, and spare-parts management.
  • Help develop and implement maintenance processes, workflows, and global standards that improve site performance, reliability, and lifecycle asset management.
  • Coordinate with engineering and site teams to ensure alignment with business strategy, production needs, HSE expectations, and asset-management requirements.
  • Support global assessments, audits, and technical reviews to identify improvement opportunities and drive standardization across the global sites, while prioritizing NORAM facilities.
  • Contribute to training, development, and optimization of maintenance resources, contractors, and technical spare-parts programs.
  • Assist with maintenance budget governance and track performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to support global maintenance results.

In order to accomplish this, you will possess:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences/Technology with a minimum of 10 years of relevant maintenance management experience, or
  • 15 years of relevant experience in maintenance management in a chemical manufacturing facility will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong technical background in maintenance management, reliability, inspections, and asset integrity, with exposure to global business environments and diverse cultures.
  • Proven experience executing and managing asset-management processes in chemical or petrochemical facilities.
  • Ability to manage integration projects, meet deadlines, optimize resources, and achieve asset-management objectives.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills for engaging internal stakeholders, external partners, and third-party resources.
  • Collaborative working style with the capability to support alignment across corporate functions and enhance maintenance management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop team members and contribute to organizational success.
  • Skilled in creating clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership.
  • Ability to travel internationally approximately 20% annually.
