Duration: Full TIme / Permanent
Location : Milwaukee WI.
Desired Skills & Experience
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Life Insurance.

Preferred
LOMA Certified, Life Insurance Domain Expert
At last 2 years of Product and package implementation experience
At least 4 years of experience in requirement analysis and management, SDLC lifecycle knowledge, Change management, Product management including version, configuration management, etc...
At least 4 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
At least 2 years of experience in Actuarial and Life Insurance Domain expertise
At least 2 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
Good understanding of technology from the perspective of products implementation, systems integration and data migration.
Analytical and Communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
Project, talent management and thought leadership with SRQ (Sales, Rating, Quoting) Experience
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
