  • Contribute to the design, coordination, and administration of learning programs and initiatives
  • Assist with project management and rollout of global L&D initiatives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure compliance training meets local requirements
  • Support broader People Development initiatives, including talent development and engagement efforts

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience within Learning & Development functions
  • Experience facilitating training programs and supporting development initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills
  • Experience working with learning management systems (LMS) or digital learning tools
  • Ability to balance execution with contributing ideas to program improvements

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization
  • Exposure to instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Relevant certification (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP/SCP)
  • Experience supporting leadership or professional development programs
