What You'll Do
As a Cycle Counter - Inventory, you'll be part of our team located in Northlake, TX. You'll get to:

  • Conduct regular physical cycle counts using RDT equipment and perform end-of-line audits on outgoing products across all warehouse functions.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, analyze root causes, and make necessary physical inventory adjustments.
  • Follow all work instructions, ISO standards, and maintain thorough knowledge of distribution center processes and procedures.
  • Communicate inventory-related issues and report quality defects promptly to the operations team and appropriate personnel.
  • Accurately document all defects, findings, and inventory adjustments.
  • Support other distribution center functions and perform additional duties assigned.

Who You Are

  • High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting, with the ability to obtain forklift certification.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and attention to detail skills; familiarity with product catalog numbers and handling requirements.
  • Broad knowledge of distribution center methods, procedures, safety regulations, and forklift operation protocols.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.; willingness to work in environments with occasional extreme temperatures.
  • Ability to operate a stand-up forklift, High Reach and an Order (Cherry) Picker, and work in a scanner-directed role while meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an understanding of daily goals and the ability to maximize warehouse capacity.
