Responsibilities of Our Operations Specialists
  • Apply the company mission, vision and values in your day to day work and decision making
  • To work with the individual who has been assigned as your evaluator bringing up issues and listening to feedback
  • Learn Fortis terminology, practices and policies and adapt to changes and seek improvement
  • Work collaboratively with and support our Operations team with tasks like chasing invoices, checking upcoming reservations, special projects and participation in daily stand-up meetings
  • Be willing to be part of a cohesive team environment where each contributes to helping others and clients when needed
Preferences
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree, preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in security, logistics or technology-related roles or opportunities, preferably travel-related
