As a participant in the Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP),you'llbe part of a collaborative team focused on developing future leaders in supply chain and operations.You'llgain hands-on experience, build technical and leadership skills, and contribute to projects that make a real-world impact on healthcare delivery.
Each rotation offers a unique opportunity to explore different areas of the supply chain, including:

  • Manufacturing Production Team Leadership- Lead a team and drive safety, performance, and delivery outcomes

  • Sourcing & Materials Management- Work in procurement, material flow, and supplier engagement

  • Technical Operations- Focus on lean, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering

  • Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)- Support site operations, compliance, and sustainability initiatives

Basic Qualifications

  • You are currently pursuing aBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2026and May 2027

  • Experience applying analytical and technical skills through coursework, projects, or internships

  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain
