You will establish consistent KPIs across the portfolio and use data to inform go/no-go decisions, budget allocation, and program improvements over time.

Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to connect event investment to pipeline and expansion ARR targets and collaborate with Product and Communications on product launch moments and executive thought leadership at events.

What You'll Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in event strategy and management in a B2B technology or cybersecurity company.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a large-scale annual event series or customer conference with full P&L accountability for a multi-million-dollar budget.
  • Deep knowledge of the major cybersecurity conference landscape (Black Hat, RSA, Gartner Security & Risk) and managing a matrixed team across including exhibit strategy, sponsorship negotiation, and campaign activation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-geography programs as a senior individual contributor, leading agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience owning and reporting on event technology platforms (Cvent, Splash, or similar) and CRM-based pipeline attribution in Salesforce.
  • Experience managing global event budgets with accountability for monthly forecasting and full reconciliation.
