Become a Key Player as a Global Enablement Manager for Strategic Sellers

You will lead the design and scale of global learning programs that improve seller performance and drive measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with sales leadership, product marketing, sales operations, and regional stakeholders to translate business priorities into enablement strategy. This is a Remote role supporting a global sales organization. This is a one year contract.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Translate sales priorities and field needs into end-to-end enablement programs that drive behavior change and seller effectiveness
  • Partner with a Center of Excellence to assess skill gaps and develop targeted learning and assessments
  • Manage onboarding and continual improvement of programs for new and existing sellers, including training facilitators
  • Scale repositories of go-to-market (GTM) content and role-relevant learning across the sales organization
  • Define programmatic approaches to transfer knowledge from a strategic sales cohort to broader sales teams
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations and enablement/tool SMEs to drive adoption in systems and processes
  • Set KPIs, measure engagement and behavior change, analyze feedback, and iterate on program design
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • Bachelor's degree and experience in sales, pre-sales, sales enablement, or cross-functional program management at a large organization
  • Demonstrated strategic and business acumen with the ability to translate GTM motions and business objectives into enablement strategy
  • Experience designing, building, and managing global enablement programs end-to-end
  • Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder leadership skills, including executive-level communication and presence
  • Proficiency in learning experience design and adult learning principles across modalities (on-demand, virtual, in-person, blended)
  • Analytical mindset with experience setting KPIs and measuring program impact
  • Self-direction, initiative, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Comfort learning and applying enablement technologies, including AI-enabled tools for sellers
