Position Overview: *Contingent Upon Contract Award* The Human Resources Manager will oversee administrative and HR functions at DEN, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance. The role serves as the link between management and employees, driving operational strategy while maintaining legal compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements; refers complex matters to appropriate HR team member.
  • Serves as an initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints.
  • Conducts initial interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other concerns; informs appropriate HR staff when additional investigation is required.
  • Co-manage performance management activities, annual evaluations and corrective action.
  • Maintains knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations related to EEO, collective bargaining, unions, labor relations, and human resources.
  • Create, prepare, update and maintain HR reports for analyzing, reporting and managing data.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR and Recruiting teams

  • Strong passion for Aviation and/or Security industry
  • A proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees.
  • Bachelor's in Human Resources or Related Field or 5 years security administrative HR experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • Must have great intrapersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively at various social levels across many diverse cultures
  • Willing and able to participate in a drug test (either pre-employment or random) with negative results
  • Must be willing to pass a 10-year verifiable background check (employment, education, criminal and personal references)
  • Must have experience working with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, printer)
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Must obtain and maintain throughout course of employment a valid SIDA badge
  • Customer Service experience

Language Skills: English Proficiency required (reading, writing, and speaking)
