Job description

The Opportunity:

As a GCM Custodian Relationship Manager, you will be the head B2B relationship lead for custodians within a geographical region. You will set regional priorities, oversee service quality and relationship health, and work with custodians and company partners to improve service levels, support business growth. Your work will involve the delivery of high‑impact custody‑related programs that move the business forward, such as custody onboarding, service oversight, performance management, fee and contract support, and other process improvement programs. You will lead and support a variety of projects that contribute to critical plans and influence improvements that directly impact client service. You will report to a GCM Team Leader.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Be the primary B2B relationship lead for a geographic region, accountable for partnership success, service quality, and value delivery across the region
  • Build and maintain strong custodian relationships to ensure issue resolution, and mutual value for end clients
  • Manage the regional custody program to ensure partners meet our requirements efficiently and following established Service level agreements and KPIs
  • Lead coordination with our teams and custodians to deliver custody capabilities aligned with our goals
  • Bring enhancements to custodian performance and GCM evaluation processes, including reporting, due diligence, and service improvements
  • Support fee negotiations, contract reviews, and business expansion projects in partnership with GCM leadership
  • Define and deliver custody-related plans from scope through implementation, including onboarding, integrations, and process improvement efforts
  • Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and changes, while providing clear recommendations and updates to GCM leadership and partners
  • Provide guidance, support, and oversight to team members and partners involved in program execution, encouraging accountability

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, B2B and/or in financial services
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Exceptional critical thinking, organizational and time management skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demanding flexibility and creativity
  • Comfortable identifying complex operational challenges and coordinating between internal and external partners to resolve them
  • Microsoft Excel and JIRA experience preferred, not required
