About the Role:

As a Buca Eden Prairie Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring that each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will also engage with customers, providing exceptional service and building rapport to enhance their dining experience. In addition to mixing drinks, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar, managing inventory, and adhering to safety and health regulations. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success of our establishment and the satisfaction of our patrons.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
