Job description

Wickham Industries / ITI Glass is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our glass fabrication production team. This position works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality architectural and commercial glass products.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Experience in glass fabrication is helpful but not required — we are willing to train reliable candidates with strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in fabrication and production of architectural glass products
  • Operate production equipment and machinery safely
  • Handle, move, and inspect glass materials
  • Read work orders and production paperwork
  • Maintain quality standards throughout fabrication process
  • Assist with packaging, staging, and shipping preparation
  • Keep work areas clean and organized
  • Follow all company safety procedures and policies
  • Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 75 lbs with assistance when needed
