Company Description McGrory Glass Systems is a leading glass fabricator and consultant to the architectural industry, offering a wide range of specialized glass products and solutions. Founded in 1984, the family-owned company has grown over four decades through a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability. Team members work in a collaborative environment alongside recognized industry experts and high-quality global and national glass manufacturing partners. As a single-source distributor, fabricator, and manufacturer, McGrory provides architectural, decorative, laminated, fire-rated, X-ray, and other specialty glass products.


Role Description The Project Manager – Fire-Rated Glazing Systems is a full-time, on-site role based in Paulsboro, NJ. This role manages fire-rated glazing projects from initial inquiry through final delivery, including project planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project specifications and drawings, preparing submittals and documentation, tracking material orders, and ensuring timely expediting of products and services. The Project Manager will collaborate with production, logistics, and quality teams to monitor inspections, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with fire-rated and safety standards. The role also involves communicating project status to clients, managing changes, mitigating risks, and supporting continuous improvement in project execution and customer experience.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience (construction or related industry)
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD required
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Knowledge of Door Hardware systems
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
