This position is responsible for crafting the perfect pizza. You will make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, use only all-natural ingredients, and bake in our 600 degree brick ovens.
The Opportunity:

  • Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas
  • Must be 18 years or older to use our mixer and food processor
Position Responsibilities:
  • Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods
  • Making & managing fresh dough made on-site & cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
  • Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders
  • Clean as you go
