???? Pediatric Provider – Full Time

Join Shine Pediatrics & Wellness Center

Are you ready to practice pediatrics in a way that lights you up and truly makes a difference? At Shine Pediatrics, we believe medicine should be about more than prescriptions and protocols—it should be about getting to the root cause, supporting whole-child wellness, and walking alongside families on their health journey.

We’re looking for a holistic-minded Pediatric Provider to join our growing team. If you’re energetic, eager to keep learning, and passionate about integrative and functional medicine, you’ll thrive here.

✨ Why Shine?

  • We’re one of the fastest-growing pediatric practices in DFW.
  • We blend natural therapies with conventional treatments—giving families real choices.
  • We care for children from birth through young adulthood, offering a whole-health approach.
  • We empower our providers to take ownership of patient care and be true healers.

???? What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with families to uncover the “why” behind symptoms.
  • Use both conventional and functional diagnostics to guide care.
  • Treat a wide variety of conditions often referred out to specialists (allergy, GI, dermatology, pulmonary, psychiatry).
  • Help shape the future of holistic pediatrics in the Metroplex.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Board Certified/Eligible Pediatrician or Advanced Practice Provider (with pediatric specialty training).
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) in Texas.
  • Excited to embrace integrative & functional medicine (training provided).
  • Willing to complete a 2–4 week onboarding/training at our Richardson HQ.

???? Perks & Benefits:

  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Health insurance (BCBS, 50% covered)
  • Dental insurance & short-term disability coverage
  • PTO: 104 hours annually
  • CME: 1 week + stipend (integrative/pediatric focus)
  • Professional development support
  • Employee discounts
  • A supportive, mission-driven team that feels like family

???? Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday (day shifts, 8 hours)
  • One location (Ft. Worth office)
  • No remote work

???? If you’re passionate about whole-child wellness and ready to grow in a practice that values both heart and science, we’d love to meet you!
