Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and goals.
  • Leverage our state-of-the-art technology to manage and track leads efficiently, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings.
  • Stay informed about local real estate market trends and developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge, fostering continuous professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Must have SC Real Estate License (NC Real Estate License a plus!)
  • Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Proven negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions for clients.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends to provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information.
  • Ability to conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing listings effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using technology to streamline the sales process and enhance client experiences, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems as needed.
