Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive adoption and best practices for AI coding assistance (Github Copilot) in test automation
• Hands-on expertise in automation tools like Selenium, Playwright
• Strong programming skills in Java/Python/Java Script
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for UI, API and integration testing
• Leverage copilot to accelerate script creation, refactoring, and debugging
• Define standards for AI-assisted test generation and code quality governance
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines(Devops alignment)
• Evaluate and optimize test coverage, execution time and reliability
• Ensure compliance with secure coding and AI usage policies
• Strong debugging, analytical , and problem solving skills
• Certifications in Automation
