Job description

We are seeking a full-time DevOps Engineer to join their team in Chelmsford, MA. This is an opportunity to work on a modern infrastructure supporting both cloud-hosted and on-premises enterprise software. You'll leverage technologies including Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, TeamCity, DigitalOcean, Prometheus, Grafana, PostgreSQL, and automation tools to build scalable environments, improve deployment processes, and support mission-critical applications.

This is an ideal opportunity for a DevOps professional who enjoys owning infrastructure, automating everything possible, and staying on the cutting edge of cloud-native technologies. The team is actively modernizing its platform and investing in new tooling, observability, and automation practices. You'll have the autonomy to introduce new ideas, influence engineering best practices, and work across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, customer deployments, and production support. Required Skills & Experience
  • Deep Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
  • Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
  • Experience supporting Docker Swarm deployments
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
  • Experience supporting on-premises software deployments and customer environments
  • Scripting and automation experience using Python, Bash, Go, or similar
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging
  • Experience with load and performance testing tools (k6, JMeter, Locust, or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases
  • Familiarity with RabbitMQ, NATS, or other messaging technologies
  • Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS, VPNs, firewalls, load balancing)
  • Experience with Git-based version control
  • Strong technical documentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable collaborating directly with customers during installations and upgrades

  • TeamCity administration
  • Terraform, Ansible, or Infrastructure-as-Code experience
  • Redis and Elasticsearch administration
  • SAST/SCA tooling such as Mend.io
  • Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400)
  • DigitalOcean infrastructure experience
  • SOC 2 or other compliance framework exposure
