Job description

React JS Technical Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead React JS to lead the design, development, and delivery of a large-scale E-Commerce Web Portal.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in modern front-end technologies, architecture design, team leadership, and agile delivery
• practices.
• The candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, driving technical excellence, and
• delivering a scalable, secure, and high-performing customer-facing e-commerce platform.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot and/or Microsoft Copilot for developer productivity, code generation, documentation, and quality improvements
is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with React JS
• Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Responsive Design, and Cross-Browser Compatibility
• Experience in developing large-scale E-Commerce applications
• Proficiency in API integration using RESTful services
• Experience with Node.js ecosystem and frontend build tools
• Strong understanding of application performance optimization
• Experience with Git, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams
• Must-Have Skills
• Knowledge and practical usage of GitHub Copilot

• Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Mentor and guide team members on technical and functional aspects.
• Drive performance optimization, security, and accessibility compliance.
• Identify technical risks and proactively recommend solutions.
• Participate in solution design, technical estimations, and sprint planning.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and governance standards.
• Support production deployments and resolve critical issues when required.
