• 7+ Years of experience in developing and maintaining GIS Applications/Systems/Tools.
• Must have experience with Microsoft C# .NET, HTML 5.
• Must have strong experience with ArcGIS Server (including ArcGIS REST API, dynamic and cached map
• services, feature services and image services)
• Experience with ArcSDE (including versioning geometric networks)
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Web Services, Geoprocessing services, Python
• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server Data Access libraries and Programming Patterns for
• separation of logic, data, and presentation tiers such as Model View Controller (MVC), ESRI,
• ArcObjects and ArcGIS Server application programming interfaces (API)
