The salary for this role is $80k - $115K depending on experience.
This role can be remote, but would want someone on the East Coast within a 5-hour driving radius of Moog.
Typical hours are 8 to 5ish.
As the Atlassian /JIRA Administrator, you will be part of a tight-knit administration team that provides administration and support for Data Center Bamboo, Bitbucket, Confluence, Crowd, and Jira applications.
Must be a US Person--Green Card or Citizen
Here is what you will work on:
  • Regular administration team sync to discuss and prioritize user support requests, system issues, and plan system maintenance.
  • Working with the user community to provide project management and engineering development solutions in the form of Atlassian application projects/spaces/repositories.
  • Help with providing an analysis of Atlassian application(s) metric data to predict future usage for growth preparedness.
Qualifications Required:
  • Typically, a Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
    • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
  • 5 - 8 years' experience supporting, solutioning and/or administering IT servers and applications
  • Experience administering Atlassian Data Center applications.
  • Experience with MS Windows Server 2012-2019
  • Experience with installing, configuring, and upgrading Atlassian Data Center applications of Bamboo, Bitbucket, Confluence, Crowd, and/or Jira
  • Must possess excellent communication skills when working with the user community to gather program requirements as input for Atlassian application project configurations and access controls.
  • Must be team oriented, an open communicator, and willing to work with fellow administrators.
Desired:
  • Experience with Atlassian Data Center Jira application support of creating and configuring projects while adhering to prescribed configuration management processes and access controls to meet program security requirements.
  • Experience with Atlassian Data Center Bamboo, Bitbucket, or Confluence application support of creating and configuring projects/spaces/repositories with access controls that meet project security requirements.
  • Familiarity with MS SQL.
  • Familiarity with Java and Python to support custom Jira plugins and API.
  • Experience with administering Atlassian application links by means of creating security certificates and familiarity with DNS cname records.
  • Experience with migrating Atlassian Data Center applications to a new server host.
  • Experience with Atlassian Data Center Crowd user group administration and integration with other Atlassian applications for user authentication. Understanding of both group and individual user project access methods.
  • Atlassian Bamboo build agent installation, configuration, and integration.
