DevOps Engineer

Design, extend, optimize, and harden existing DevOps infrastructure:

  • Design scalable deployment and configuration strategies for local and remote embedded devices and servers
  • Investigate and implement solutions to increase the performance of existing build systems
  • Improve automation and coverage of continuous delivery pipelines
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and address infrastructure problem reports

Work in a motivated cross-disciplinary environment:

  • Work with small, dedicated team passionate about solving challenging problems and delivering results
  • Participate in collaborative, cross-functional design and code reviews
  • Document and clearly communicate designs to peers

A successful candidate may have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of related professional experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overcome technical challenges through teamwork and collaboration
  • Experience with deploying and maintaining services in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of IaC technologies (Salt, Ansible, Chef, etc.)
  • Expertise in Configuration Management technologies (Git, Perforce)
