Specialist - Expert

Role requires 7+ years of relevant experience and expertise in enterprise database and linear referencing specific to datasets of this type including advanced database reporting, creation and execution of QA/QC processes and enterprise database query. NCDIT-Transportation (NCDIT-T) GIS Team is seeking a Specialist - Expert that will support the long-term maintenance and enterprise integration of the client Hydrography Layer, a critical GIS dataset compiled by the client Environmental Analysis Unit over the past five years. The dataset has reached a maturity level requiring migration into the Enterprise GIS environment and ongoing operation support until ownership transitions to NC Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ).
