Job description

This is a manager level assignment. The client is specifically looking for someone who has experience in independently executing meetings.

Client has provided the following Event Details:
  • Date and Time:
    • 10/22, Thursday: 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm
  • Venue:
    • Gillette College
      300 Sinclair St
      Gillette, WY 82718
Basic Guidelines as Required by the Client: Attire
  • Client requests that you wear professional business attire.
Pre-Event Expectations
  • Client requests that you confirm receipt of correspondence.
  • Client requests that you participate in a pre-event conference call, date and time to be determined. You will be paid for this time.
On-Site Expectations
  • Client requests that you run the registration desk and other meeting duties as assigned
Post-Event Expectations
  • Client may request that you deliver meeting materials to contracted shipping vendor within 24 hours of the meeting’s conclusion. If this is required, you will be paid for this time.
  • Client requests that you call or email Client immediately following the program to provide them with general feedback.
