Job description

Gigi here. We are seeking a Full-Time Litigation Attorney with at least five years of litigation experience and at least 3 years of Business and Real Estate Law.


The position is Hybrid with no set schedule for being in the office; we give the attorney trust and discretion regarding their schedule. We do ask that with that flexibility, they are efficient with their time during our core business hours, maintain great client communication, are available and accessible during our core business hours, and meet their billable hours requirement.


Qualifications

  • Active member of the California Bar in good standing
  • 5+ years of experience as an Attorney handling both litigation and transactional matters
  • Experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team
  • Professional demeanor and ability to remain composed under pressure
